1. Introduction

At METROVIEW REALTY PVT LTD, we strive to provide transparent and fair policies for all our customers. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed for tour packages and travel-related services booked through our website or office.

By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking.

• Prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is fully confirmed.

3. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your tour package, the following cancellation charges will apply (unless otherwise stated in your package confirmation):

• More than 30 days before departure:

  Cancellation charges may apply for booking/processing fees. Balance amount will be refunded after deductions.

• 15–30 days before departure:

  25% of the total package cost may be deducted.

• 7–14 days before departure:

  50% of the total package cost may be deducted.

• Less than 7 days before departure or No-Show:

  No refund will be applicable.

Note: Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotels, airlines, transport providers, or special packages.

4. Non-Refundable Components

The following services are generally non-refundable:

• Flight tickets marked as non-refundable by the airline

• Train tickets once confirmed and issued (as per IRCTC rules)

• Visa fees

• Travel insurance premiums

• Peak-season or promotional offers

• Hotel bookings with non-refundable policies

5. Cancellation by METROVIEW REALTY PVT LTD

In rare circumstances where a tour is cancelled by METROVIEW REALTY PVT LTD due to unavoidable reasons (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational issues), customers will be offered:

• A full refund or

• An alternative tour/date or

• Travel credit for future use

The final decision will depend on supplier policies and prevailing conditions.

6. Amendments & Rescheduling

• Any request for date changes or modifications is subject to availability and supplier approval.

• Additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

• Rescheduled bookings may be treated as cancellations by certain suppliers and may incur cancellation fees.

7. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

• Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.

• Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

8. Force Majeure

METROVIEW REALTY PVT LTD shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or refunds arising due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government regulations. Refunds in such cases will be subject to supplier policies.

9. Disputes & Jurisdiction

All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India only.
